We begin the manufacturing process by reverse engineering, to determine the strength of each mount as well as the chemical compoundings and metallurgy used to manufacture it.
Both natural and synthetic rubbers are used depending upon the application of the product. Rubber compounds are designed to have high ozone resistance to give each mount with maximum longevity.
With the best rubber compounds and metallurgy, we use only best available adhesive to bond the rubber to the steel.
